What is on my shelves. 10/15

So I rearranged my book shelves and cleaned up my library/man cave room in the house. I thought I would share and see what everybody thought. This is a constant process it seems, as I am never happy, and I keep getting more books! Well anyways here are the pics. Thanks everybody!

Shelf 1: We have my Tolkien collection, some anthologies, George R.R. Martin collection, Two shelves of my Wheel of Time collection and some misc. other books (R. Scott Bakker, Raymond E. Feist, Peter V. Brett, Scott Lynch, and James A. Moore).

Shelf 2: I call this my favorites shelf. My Brandon Sanderson books, Mark Lawrence, and Michael R. Fletcher. Then we have Patrick Rothfuss and Joe Abercrombie. I have some Tor authors Brian Staveley, Glen Cook, Peter Orullian, and Marc Turner. I also have some Ace Roc authors Anthony Ryan, Django Wexler, and Luke Scull.

Shelf 3: Start off with my Conan/Robert E. Howard collection with action figure! Lovecraft, Moorcock, Clark Ashton Smith, Edgar Rice Burroughs, and Poe. Then we have some Orbit authors, Brian McClellan, Brent Weeks, Alex Marshall, Daniel Abraham, John Gwynne, Miles Cameron, Angus Watson and the great Michael J. Sullivan. Next is some historical fiction stuff, Bernard Cornwell, Snorri Kristjansson, Tim Severin, and Giles Kristian. Then we have my Viking and Norse Mythology collection.

Shelf 4: Star Wars action figures, Sandtrooper and Dewback collection. I have my Star Wars Black Series collection also. Yes Sandtroopers are my fav and yes I only collect the Empire and now First Order. This is all I have kept for myself my son has claimed everything else. Except my vintage, that is coming. Next we have my Marvel Thor collection. Omnibus and some statues, and figures, again my son has claimed most of this also. Then we have My Star Wars books and a couple more Sandtroopers. The bottom two shelves are a bunch more fantasy books.

Shelf 5: Or my old drawing table that has not been used in years (I really need to start drawing again). This is my vintage collection. Star Wars and some Battlestar Galactica. Yes I had these when I was a kid, I know I am old.

Well that is it for the tour. I hope you have enjoyed!

Yes everyone should go buy multiple copies! I have my reading copy and my one of a kind signed, inscribed, doodled, special edition! I am very proud of it!

I’m really jealous of the brown wooden bookshelf set. I wish I had that for my collection! I have only big shelf, but most my books are stacked on my headboard, dressers, random night tables; even have some on top of an aquaria I’m not using right now 😛

I have had those shelves for almost 30 years. Got them when I was young and have been with me ever since. They are great! Thanks!
